正值马来西亚最高元首易卜拉欣来华进行国事访问期间，9月20日至21日，中国马来西亚商会广东办事处会长管裕新在广州南沙参加了一系列政企联动促发展活动。活动期间，超过400名来自中外各行业企业、商协会代表以及专家学者齐聚南沙，通过“走读南沙”“对话南沙”“对接南沙”等多元化形式，深入了解当地发展机遇。 　　管裕新在回答南方财经全媒体记者采访提问时表示，今年是中马建交50周年，在国家元首的带领之下，马来西亚企业也会陆续来到中国考察和投资等，“像我们国家首富郭鹤年，在中国的投资力度很大。他最大的投资项目就是香格里拉酒店，还有中国的 金龙鱼 ”。 　　对于此次参加广州南沙走访活动，管裕新对当地介绍的“五港联动”（海港、空港、信息港、人才港、金融港）优势印象深刻，他表示，对南沙的发展环境和未来合作都十分看好，南沙是新开发建设、培育 新产业 的区域，地理环境南面邻海，对于在中国寻找新发展机会的马来西亚企业来说，具有得天独厚的吸引力。 　　提及如何进一步吸引马来西亚企业来南沙发展，他提出，需要当地政府协助，提高企业落地相关的注册、税收等的工作效率，优化人才引进政策，引进马来西亚的人才和对接本地 人工智能 等领域的新技术人才，以及提供配套成熟、租金适宜的产业园。马来西亚已有多元化的产业园和产业链，特别是在电子制造业领域，槟城是全球芯片制造业的重要参与者。 　 （文章来源：21世纪经济报道）
