财中社10月9日电 德展健康 （000813）发布回购股份进展公告。截至2024年9月30日，公司通过集中竞价交易方式累计回购股份2418万股，占公司目前总股本的1.12%。回购过程中，最高成交价为2.54元\/股，最低成交价为2.39元\/股，成交总金额为5994万元（不含交易费用）。 　　公司于2024年7月1日和7月18日召开董事会及股东大会，审议通过了回购方案，计划在12个月内使用不低于2亿元，不超过3亿元的自有资金回购股份，回购价格不超过3.59元\/股。此次回购的股份将全部用于注销，减少公司注册资本。 （文章来源：财中社）
