财中社10月9日电 *ST有树 （300209）发布公告称，公司股票在2024年9月27日、9月30日及10月8日的日收盘价格跌幅偏离值累计超过30%，属于股票交易异常波动。公司对异常波动进行了核查，确认未发现需要更正或补充的信息，也未发现对股票交易价格产生较大影响的未公开重大信息。公司将于2024年10月24日披露《2024年第三季度报告》。 　　公告还指出，公司已进入重整程序，并面临因重整失败被宣告破产的风险。根据公告，若后续被宣告破产，公司将被实施破产清算，股票可能面临终止上市的风险。此外，2023年末经审计的归属于上市公司股东的所有者权益为负值，深圳 证券 交易所已自2024年4月29日起对公司股票实施退市风险警示。 （文章来源：财中社）
